Hammond Road Renovation

Our client completely remodelled and renovated this house. The garden was used as a work place/storage for building materials and therefore was in very poor condition. We worked on both the front and rear gardens.

At the front of the property we created a new enlarged driveway for 2 cars. We used gravel grids and filled them with 20mm gravel. We then edged it with grey cobbles. We also created a new flower bed and built a wooden storage shed and a bin store.

The back garden was steeply sloping and our client requested that we level and backfill the area to make a flat raised lawn which we did. This involved building a wall and constructing steps for access.

Finally, we used sandstone tiles to create a patio and path on the lower level.
